Working with Harri was the best decision I could have made. I felt completely out of sync with my body and was completely overwhelmed by info on the internet / social media about what I should be doing.
Harri took time to listen to how I was feeling and with some adjustments to my diet and supplements we got to work.
I understood everything that was being suggested and never felt like any question was a daft one. It was so straight forward with no calorie counting to stress me out, Harri’s approach to nutrition worked fantastically for me. Primarily I made changes in order to balance my hormones and understand what my body needed now I’m heading into the unknown territory of perimenopause, the weight loss and fat loss was an added bonus! My metabolism isn’t struggling anymore, my PMS symptoms are gone! Energy levels are higher than they’ve been for years and I feel great when training!
I even got back into my ‘short shorts’ that I refused the throw out!

I decided to work with Harri as I felt that I needed a kick-start in motivating myself to get healthier. I am pleased to say that it has worked in getting me to eat better, but not feel cheated, as well as the physical PT which has helped both my weight and mental health. Harriet is very encouraging without being pushy and it feels like a much more relaxed approach rather than feeling pressurised, which really worked for me! I have decided to continue with the PT now that the course has finished as I want to keep up this good feeling!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Harriet’s work, and what she has done for me! Harri has taught me so many things about my body and how it works, and if you just feed it the correct things you can thrive! Iv gone from bloating after every meal, eating all the wrong things at the wrong times. To eating healthier foods , when I should be and learning to listen to my body, give it what it needs and all thanks to Harriet’s expertise I'm feeling the best Iv felt in years! The home workouts are great for fitting into my busy schedule so it’s win win for me!

I did the six week blast with Harri in January. I had been struggling to shift some stubborn weight and get the motivation I needed. Working with Harri was great she helped me to look at how I was eating and how I should be exercising and it all just made sense. She was also spot on with her recommendations and the changes I introduced I have continued to follow.
I now not only feel fitter and healthier, my clothes fit so much nicer. It was an win all round.

I do pt with Harriet twice a week. She has been fantastic at creating a personalised experience for me, taking into account my health and mobility issues. She provides a variety of challenging but achievable exercises and is great at talking me through everything. She is knowledgable and thorough, pushing me where I need it, offering great advice and supporting me every step of the way. I feel fitter and more energised since starting with her.

Harri is probably one of the kindest, most patient people I know. Harri has been coaching me for a few years now, and thanks to her I genuinely look forward to exercising. If you are looking for a coach I couldn’t recommend harri more. ‘Training’ or just exercise in general used to be something I dreaded, and it almost scared me abit. Harri has helped to change my mindset about exercise, to feel stronger and happier in myself, and to just feel more confident in general. If you’re looking for a coach, Harri is probably the best one out there !!

Harri is the most approachable nutritionist I have ever met. Her directives and advice are easily integratabtle and thoroughly considered with tips that were truly bespoke to my individual concerns. Her demeanor is warm and friendly and there were no questions that were left unanswered or worries that weren’t met with understanding and appreciation.
I’ve known Harri for a number of years now and will keep going back to her for advice in the years to come - I still use her original dietary plan for gut health and optimal energy management because it works so well and always leaves me feeling like the best version of myself. And she has a cracker sense of humour to boot!

Harriet Bold is brilliant at what she does. If you can follow the plan she creates as she works with you, you WILL see good results. A little bit about me and the why behind my work…
I’ve been in the health industry since the dawn of time (over 20 years), working as a Nurse in Trauma and Orthopaedics before transitioning into coaching and nutrition.
Following my career in nursing, I joined my brother (legendary coach and all round top chap) to run CrossFit Bold, one of London’s original CrossFit affiliates. However, living and breathing this intense style of training, along with a long history of caloric restriction and sidelined digestive issues, was working against my body in every way. The signs were all there: amenorrhoea, bloating, weight fluctuations, thinning hair, puffy face, constipation, food intolerances, poor temperature control… my body was in an almighty funk.
We transitioned from CrossFit to take a wider interest in the health and fitness industry. I reshaped my approach to training and coaching, leaning towards individualised strength and conditioning programmes. As a result, my health started to improve, as did that of my clients.
In 2017 I retrained in Nutrition. Through my work as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I pieced together the importance of blood sugar and hormonal balance, alongside optimal gut and metabolic health.
I finally understood that constantly pushing through intense workouts, fasting and restricting was doing my metabolism, fertility, gut health and overall vitality a huge disservice.
Through my journey to understand my body and improve my relationship with food and exercise, I transformed my health. I realised that beyond the archaic diet culture of ‘eat less, exercise more’, we are now equipped with powerful, science-backed nutritional, training and lifestyle tools that can bring about real positive change.
