Harri offers 1:1 online training sessions which are tailored to meet your individual goals, but as you might have guessed, she will not be putting you through gruelling cardio sessions, smashing your adrenals and wreaking havoc with your hormones.

The online sessions will be carried out via zoom and minimal equipment is needed.
There is a choice of 30 & 60 minute sessions available depending on which is best suited to your schedule.
